These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phhug ("phhug," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phhug.club. By creating a phhug account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by phhug, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the phhug platform and close your account. Continued use of any phhug service following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

To register and maintain an account on phhug, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phhug strictly complies with the Philippine legal minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and scripts may not register accounts on phhug.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period in effect on any phhug account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of phhug or its affiliated entities.

phhug reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension pending review.

Each natural person may hold only one (1) active account on phhug. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered immediately or at a later date — will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and may result in forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. phhug may suspend accounts where material discrepancies are discovered between registration data and identity verification documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhug login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. phhug will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify phhug immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All transactions on phhug are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phhug accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected over-the-counter payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phhug does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The funds are your own and are free from any criminal origin.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your phhug account.

phhug may decline deposits or request additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits credited to your phhug account balance may not be transferred to another user's account under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

phhug reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. phhug will notify the account holder of any delays and the reason thereof within a reasonable timeframe.

Unused bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus Terms.

phhug may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the applicable promotion page within the phhug platform.

phhug reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or employing bonus arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on phhug are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers. phhug publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. Live dealer games use real physical decks of cards and dice managed by professional dealers operating under independently audited procedures.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phhug reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phhug is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, browser crashes, or hardware issues on the player's side. Game outcome disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event.

phhug is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out alerts.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all phhug services. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during extended gaming sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhug platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phhug games, the sportsbook, or any other platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using phhug for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phhug immediately.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without prior good-faith engagement with phhug support.
• Accessing phhug from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhug staff or other users through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law.

All content on the phhug platform — including but not limited to the phhug name, logo, website design, software, text, images, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of phhug or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phhug platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any phhug content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phhug platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. phhug's total aggregate liability to any user for claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

phhug provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phhug does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

You may close your phhug account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification or fraud investigation.

phhug may suspend or permanently terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulatory authority, or if phhug has reasonable grounds to believe your continued access poses a risk to phhug or other users. In the event of termination for cause, phhug reserves the right to withhold or forfeit balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phhug from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

phhug reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the effective date of the change. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the phhug platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phhug.club/terms-conditions.
